These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SpeechRoute mobile application ("App"). The App is owned and operated by an independent developer ("I", "me", or "my").
By downloading or using SpeechRoute, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SpeechRoute is a mobile application designed to assist individuals who stutter by processing speech in real time to improve fluency.
The App is available free of charge for the first 30 days. After the free trial, continued use of all features requires a monthly subscription of $1 / €1, billed through your Apple account.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. If you cancel, access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period.
I grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms of service.

All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by Apple's App Store. I do not process or store any payment information myself.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Apple account settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
I do not collect personally identifiable information through the App. Any communication you initiate (e.g., via email) will be handled solely for support and deleted once no longer needed.
From time to time, the App may be updated to improve performance or functionality. You agree to install such updates to continue using the App.
I do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to me. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the App.
SpeechRoute is provided "as is" for educational and self-improvement purposes only.
It is not a medical or therapeutic device and should not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.
If defective content damages your device, I will either repair the issue or compensate reasonable costs, unless the damage could have been avoided by following update instructions.
I may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all its copies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Croatia.
